Backlight color changes for the screen, buttons, and indicators are included at no extra charge. A new LCD panel is optional (+$40) for units with cracked or pixel-damaged screens.
Do I need to send anything other than the climate control unit?
No — send just the climate control head unit (the panel you remove from the center dash). You do not need to include wiring harnesses, the blower resistor, or any other HVAC components. Wrap the unit in bubble wrap and ship it in a padded box or envelope using a tracked service.
What color options are available?
We offer OEM Amber (factory stock — no change), White, Blue, Green, Red, and Purple for the screen display segments, button backlighting, and indicator LEDs above the buttons. Each can be set independently, so you can mix and match to suit your interior.
When does the repair timer start?
Turnaround begins the next business day after we physically receive your unit. Standard service is 7–10 business days from receipt. Expedited service (2–4 business days) is available for $149 — roughly half what other providers charge for rush service.
Is return shipping really included?
Yes — return shipping back to you within the contiguous US is included in the service price. You are responsible for getting your unit to us; we'll get it back to you. For international orders, contact us before ordering for a return shipping quote.
What warranty is included?
All repairs carry a 1-year workmanship warranty. If the same fault recurs within 12 months of your repair date, ship it back and we'll fix it at no charge (you cover inbound shipping). This does not cover new failures unrelated to the original repair or physical damage.
