3D Part Design & Printing

Quote-Based

Sometimes the right part doesn't exist — so we make it. SVK Works designs and prints custom parts to support harness builds and engine bay fitment: relay boxes, ECU mounting brackets, connector housings, cable management clips, and more. Parts designed to fit your specific application and printed in high-strength materials.

  • Custom ECU and relay box brackets
  • Firewall pass-through plates and grommets
  • Sensor adapters and mount brackets
  • Cable management and harness retention clips
  • High-temperature materials available (ASA, PETG, Nylon)
  • Design and print included — or print from your file

Design or Print-Only

We offer full design-and-print service where we CAD model the part from your measurements or photos and print it. Alternatively, if you already have an STL or STEP file, we can print it directly. Contact us with your requirement and we'll advise on the best material and approach for your application.

Common Questions

For engine bay applications we typically use ASA (UV and heat resistant), PETG (strong and slightly flexible), or Nylon (high strength, chemical resistant). For interior or low-heat applications, PLA+ is an option. We'll recommend the right material based on where the part will live in your vehicle.
Yes. If you can describe the part with clear dimensions and photos, we can design it from scratch. Parts with complex organic shapes or very tight tolerances may require the part to be present for measurement — but most brackets and enclosures can be designed from photos and dimensions.
With the right material and print settings, yes. ASA handles sustained temperatures up to ~95°C and is UV stable, making it well-suited for most engine bay applications. For high-heat areas (near exhaust, turbo, etc.) we'll advise on whether a printed part is appropriate or if an alternative solution is needed.
Absolutely. Many harness orders include custom-printed brackets or relay box mounts. If you need a specific mounting solution as part of your harness build, mention it in your order request and we'll include it in the scope.
